Meeting #2 Jan. 2, 2005
20 Players and coaches present.
President Yehl noted that we need 12 more players in order to get the same jersey deal.
We decided to go with a raffle to raise funds.
Sunday football is 10 am.
Yehl stated that the Olean-Bradford alumni game is going to be Memorial Weekend, so we voted to
change our game date to June 4th if OK with Salamanca. This change could be good for college players, but bad for
those who have already made plans.
Concessions, pre-game and half-time events, and post-game party were discussed.
We need to contact John Ensell about the refs.
PCS will be open on MWF for weight-lifting.
Next meeting will be Sunday after the Super Bowl...in the classroom.

The game will be played 6 months from now in Portville, so we discussed fund-raising
ideas including raffle, board, gift certificate, and a trip.
Sunday morning football will begin the Sunday after hunting season.
Tim E suggested establishing groundrules and we will vote on them next
mandatory meeting on January 2, 2005
