The Association Board met briefly:
We will publish our own game program consisting of sponsor
ads, team pix, rosters, individual PCS pix, history. Hopefully, we will be able to print 500 copies of a 20-page booklet
to sell during the game.
We will organize a non-playing/coaching crew (especially Football
Club members) to help with the gate, sell programs, maintain order, and videotape from 3 views, including both sidelines and
above.
The game footage will be edited with other interesting practice footage, personal stories,
audio commentary, etc. and compiled into a VHS and DVD...available by football season.
More sponsors need to be obtained, so an all-out blitz will
take place soon.
