MEETING # 3
The Portville Alumni Football Association is a non-profit organization
registered with the Community Bank in Portville.
The general meeting was called to order by President Chris Yehl at 7:30 pm on Jan. 25, 2004 at
the Portville American Legion Hall. 44 people were in attendance.
A voting decision was made to purchase the $40 jerseys from Sports Locker in Olean with an additional
fee for PORTVILLE and player name to be added. Jersey numbers and sizes were obtained. #76 will not be used in
memory of Jonathan Teuscher.
Members were given sponsor forms to sell advertising space for the game program.
A meeting between the Salamanca and Portville Boards will occur within the next month.
Coach Swetland discussed his initial thoughts and plans. A show of hands for various positions
was conducted.
President Yehl reiterated that in order to play, a member must be a graduate of Portville Central
School.
The Raffle was conducted fairly and Dana Cornell won the drawing, choosing the monetary prize
and giving back $100 to the association.
Ryan Hunt and Dave Renaud agreed to be Board Members.
The next meeting will be Sunday, Feb. 29th at 7:30 pm at PCS Football Classroom.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:15 pm.
