Milne Trial Set For August
Neo-Nazi March Approved by Court
Jury selection has been completed for the Milne Racist Gesture Trial, which will begin in August,
according to sources close to the court.
Mike Milne, accused of giving a Nazi-like "Heil Hitler" gesture during a photo shoot of the Portville
vastity club, has found himself in the middle of a national battle. Several neo-Nazi groups have promised to march in
defense of Milne, even though the defendant does not want them to demonstrate or protest on his behalf.
"Mike's been a Republican since his Grove City college days," notes Bob Milne, his dad. "But
he doesn't support any KKK organization at all. In fact, he's a pacifist. By God, he followed around the Grateful
Dead for a few summers. He was just playing with a yo-yo."
According to the Milne family and the defense team, Joe Snyder, a fellow club member, took the yo-yo
from Mike immediately after the photo shoot. "Apparently, he's hiding it, and he wants Mike to suffer for some past
mistakes," claims Tony Clarke, Milne's lawyer. "When Snyder confesses and coughs up the yo-yo, all this mess will
go away," Clarke adds.
"All this mess" is an understatement for the media frenzy that this incident has caused throughout
the land. The trial has drawn skinheads from Germany, KKK disciples from America, and mercenaries from around the continent
and globe - who are using the trial as a rallying point in history. As a result, the opposition (with the help of the
media) has mounted a strong counter-operation that has come to a boiling point in the race wars.
