                     | Rookie Report Pittsburgh, PA   March 4-5, 2005
The 2005 football coaching clinic was attended by 8 members of the Portville coaching staff - tying
the all-time record set by Bear Connell, Rick Wilson, Bill Thomas, and five female assistants in 1977.
Head Coach Gary "Blood, Sweat, and Tears" Swetland was primed for a great weekend, stating, "And
we even got Internet to check our emails at home.  Pass me a beer, please."
Dave was a happy man right from the start.  Except for that fumble in the Salamanca game(ing
casino) in which he and several other "playahs" had turnovers.
Dave expresses more of his joy.
The PCS boys teamed up with Jason Long and his Mohawk staff, employing the old Iroquois tradition
of trading and bargaining.   Friendship, information and beer were the three major items exchanged back and forth.  And
                           yessir, things got heated.
The hours crawled by.  Jeff leaned back in the soft chair and the soft light of the motel room.
With alcohol in hand, he was quite confident that the rest of the group was impressed with his offensive guard performance...once
all the boys had finished watching the old 1984 footage that Milnadoo uncovered.
A few of the boys wait for Melinda's next phone call.
Everyone nervously laughs about what happened to the guys on the 13th floor.
"And that's all there is about zone blocking, Jakester.  Now get the hell outta here.
                           I'm sleepin with Jerry tonight!"
"Hmmm...What kind of DB question can I ask Bob Stoops?" Dave thought to himself as Matt talked about
                           the upcoming Derby.
                           "Aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhhh! Rrrmmmuuuuurrrmmmm!"
Veteran Jerry Kincaid spoke of the old clinic days when Dutch and Greeley lit up the town.
